Hey im new to the whole body and face mods and wondered if there is a simple all in one improvement mod that makes people look better and by simple i mean like an omod package or something.

As for body replacers my favorites are:

 

Females: HGEC body

Males: Roberts Male body

Oblivion does not have 'real' face mod(unless it's NPC face mod). If you want good looking face, get better textures, then make faces for yourself. If you're impatient, you can download saved files, and NPC face improving mods.
