Crashing Issue

SO I've been sitting here messing with this for about 4 hours now and its driving me crazy!

I recently bought a new Laptop system specs below. I re-installed FONV earlier today and modded it when I went to play the game it crashed after OI selected "new" game the video started (will completely play) the loading screen comes up and spins and about the point where it goes to load the part with Doc it crashes before it gets off the loading screen. So I turned off all the mods except the main file and the DLC content and it still crashed, again i turned off everything except the main file and still... it crashed. I've re-installed the game, updated my graphic drivers, backed up the game, tried compatibility mode, admin mode (both at the same time), and also downloaded the file here on the Nexus d3d9.dll and nothing works. I've checked online and haven't found any solutions that anybody has come up with so I'm asking if anybody here can help save me from my impending insanity.

Look in remove programs it's like add or remove programs an you gota use the start menu search box to find it. You should see at least some visual C++. If you don't have any then look in Steam support for links to Visual C+ which I saw in Vista issues. You can also get it from microsoft downloads. Steam also says to install both 32 an 64 bit versions on 64 bit machines.

Where you install steam sets where the game gets installed. It's possible you could have took the default x86 program files default path which assigned security risks to steam an therfore FNV. Way back in FO3 this caused issues. You can either do that or try various work around security settings to allow it to work where it is. You're also missing a 2010 64 bit visual c+ I'd say troll windows seven forums or remove it an start again, this time though test the vanilla game first to see if it even works before you dump a truckload of mods on it.

Delete your mydocuments/games/Nv folder

D3d9 was outdated a month after it came out when the games an drivers were patched. So if you have not already remove it, then delete the config folder above. Run the launcher to auto detect settings an generate the config file again.
