White James with African-American son

Hello,

 

I was wondering if it would be possible for someone to make a mod in which James, the father of the Lone Wanderer remains Caucasian when the player selects the African-American race. The reason being that the Lone Wanderer's mother, Catherine, is African-American. In the photo found in Fallout: New Vegas, a Caucasian James is shown with an African-American Catherine. As such, I would love a playthrough in which this holds true when I select the African-Amercian character.
