TurboPlasmaPistol
So I've just delved back into Fallout 4 to give it another shot, built a modded setup, used Mod Organizer 2 this time around instead of Nexus Mod Manager as the latter hasn't worked properly for me in months. Anyways, I've found that, for the most part, the game functions perfectly well, but every time I enter VATS or use a bullet-time mod to slow down time, after time starts moving at a normal speed again, sound effects and voices will still remain slowed down. I've heard this is an issue with Player Voice Frequency Slider, but when I try to uninstall it the game refuses to start up so for the time being I'm stuck with leaving it on.Now admittedly the game is perfectly playable without slowing down time at all, but I'm terrible at games and need a helping hand now and then. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas on how this could be fixed?

Undeadbob666
Do you have a player voice mod, specifically Player Voice Frequency Slider? When it happens you'll need to go into MCM, and change to the default voice, exit and then you can go back in and turn it on again. However ultimately you'll just need to remove it, as I never could figure out how to fix it. If you don't have a player voice, then it is related then to somesort of audio mod you installed.
