OnEquip for weapon

hello, wanted to ask if someone know what i can use for weapon instead of OnEquipped, cos it seems to not trigger when i equip the sword :( OnLoad does not make it for me as i need to get actor who equipped sword.

 

Or if there is a way to add spell to item, so actor have the effect as long as item equipped would be awesome.

I believe I read somewhere that issue with OnEquipped is with items equipped via shortcuts or favorites.

You may consider this: http://www.creationkit.com/Passing_Conditions_to_Papyrus with http://www.creationkit.com/GetEquipped if that's the case. Never tested myself but you should try.

Thank you, i will try this one along with GetEquippedWeapon :)

 

Edit: look like OnEquipped works fine, my savegame was messed up by some other mod so it was not working. It works fine now, sorry for trouble.
