As a test to see if modding carry weight would affect npcs, I first made an effect that set max carry weight to zero. I then created an ingredient that created a potion and drank the potion. The potion set my PC's carry weight to zero and was overencumbered. I then changed the ingredient to apply the zero carry weight effect to a poison. I made the poisons and shot up some npcs with zero carry weight poisons via poisoned weapon. They were running around, so it seems carry weight and encumbrance have no effect on NPCs. Can anyone verify this or does anyone have any experience with this? Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can create a burden effect in another way, possibly through a script?
