Need Load order help ASAP

9 out of 10 times crash on startup means missing master. Try disabling all of your mods, then see if it still crashes at startup.

If it doesn't, reactivate your mods one by one until you find the culprit. Or, alternatively, start Fo3Edit, let it load all of your mods and check where it stops loading your mods.

 

Edit: There's also a number of other issues with your load order, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

No main menu is going to be an out of date compatibility patch that is referencing a form that is no longer present in its master or has been changed to a different formtype.
