bibe1996
Ok so when i played the game first time i saw a mod that replace the d3d9.dll to increase performance so i overwritten it. Now people said with the new patch the performance is good so i remove it and suddenly i realize that i didn't backup the original file. I've tried solution on the internet by replace it with d3d9.dll from dll-files.com bu it didn't work, the graphic is still buggy, i can't see fire from torch or from spell, etc,.. I tried to install some ENB but i didn't work. Now what do i have to do, only solution that i can do is put back the d3d9.dll from the mod but performance is drop. Please help and sorry for my bad English, hope you'll understand it. Tidus44
ENB mods place a d3d9.dll in the skyrim folder to have it run instead of the DirectX d3d9.dll file in the Windows system files. Skyrim the game does not have or need a d3d9.dll file in the Skyrim folders except to run a mod that needs a specific d3d9.dll, so if you deleted the one from the Skyrim folder that the mod was using, the one that is being used is the DirectX .dll file. Delete the mod using the d3d9.dll from the Skyrim folders, but you may need to reinstall DirectX in your computer. Rennn
Find the ENB mod that you installed, and delete every file it added. If you don't remember or can't find it again, It's safe to delete anything with enb somewhere in the name in your Skyrim folder. I can't be sure that will get rid of every file, but it should mostly uninstall it and hopefully fix the graphics problems. Also, invisible fire and that sort of thing can sometimes be caused by alt-tabbing out of Skyrim temporarily or by using the task manager while running Skyrim. If that's the case, it would simply go away when you restart the game. If that's not the case, idk. After that, if the problem persists I suppose you could try reinstalling DirectX 9 somewhere on the internet.

Georgiegril
Original d3d9.dll: accidentaly delete it1. This is why you need to reinstall DirectXModded d3d9.dll: Drop my FPS if using it but i can see graphic effect2. This will be fixed by following the instructions Rennn and Tidus44 gave you (above)ENB d3d9.dll: Can't see most graphic effect (fire, spider web,...)3. This should be addressed by following the recommendations given to you by Rennn and Tidus44No d3d9.dll: Can't see most graphic effect (fire, spider web,...)4. See #3.
