Since I started using Windows 10 64 bits Oblivion has become unstable and my parties oftenly end with a random crash. My game crashes less oftenly when I use Purge Cell Buffers - Loading.esp I included Oblivion.exe among the exceptions in the data execution prevention, I run the exe as an administrator with the windows 7 compatibility mode and applied the 4GB patch. Gamebryo hates going over 60 FPS. Are you using LOOT to sort your load order? You could try disabling both compatibility mode and "run as administrator" (I've had problems with these). Also, you have iMaxImpactSoundCount set to 128 and I've never heard of it being set so high. The default value is 32 and some like to reduce it to 24 (although not recommended) to reduce stuttering. If there's no reason for it to be set to 128, you could set it back to 32. That's about all the advice I can offer. I noticed a problem with a script in MessageLog. I didn't notice much change compared to before but I'm going to keep playing with the settings you advised me.
