Skyrim: Screen going black upon saving/quicksaving?

So I've noticed that when i save or quicksave, my game freezes momentarily, then the entire screen goes black. I am playing with around 50-100 mods and i use Mod Organizer 2. When I alt tab or ctrl al delete back into the game, the screen remains black and the only thing i can do is to restart my game to continue (autosaving does not cause this issue to occur btw). As someone who saves just about every 20 mins, this bothers me greatly. I noticed this problem occurring after installing Requiem and Climates of Tamriel. Climates of Tamriel was seemingly causing the problem, so i disabled it, and ran Reqtificator. However it said something about something mishing in the bugsmasher edition or something, which went away when i re-enabled the mod. With no other options, i disabled requiem and climates of tamriel and started up a new test save, and saving was normal. I then decided to re-run Reqtificator after removing climates of tamriel and unchecking the box that said something about using the mods as master files. However, even after removing climates of tamriel and re-running Reqtificator, the saving issue mysteriously reappeared?! At this point, I tried disabling several recently installed mods which were installed before requiem, yet it still didnt work. i then altogether just deleted requiem. yet, the problem still remains and i dont know what to do. Can someone please help me fix this issue, because i am sick of not playing modded skyrim like any other normal person who uses mods... Load order is below:

someone, PLEASE help me fix this issue! The game is practically unplayable for me and im sick of it!

What operating system?

 

Try playing in borderless window mode, and leave task manager running in the background, that way, you *should* be able to alt+tab to it, and see if the game is still running.

 

I would also be tempted to see how much free disk space you have available on the drive where it is trying to save.

im playing on windows 7 professional. ive done it in windowed mode, but not borderless window, yet it caused the same issue. my entire screen went black, not just the entire tab. since then, ive reinstalled the game and i played without the issue after figuring out enhanced lights and fx was causing the issue. but when i installed a few other mods such as moonlight tales, sacrosanct, and seranaholic, they brought the issue back. i removed the recently installed mods, but the issue still occurred, even with the mods that werent causing the issue in the first place. and i know that this isnt a disk space issue because this issue doesnt happen on vanilla skyrim. a new save doesnt fix anything either. im not sure if itll help and i shouldve posted this earlier but here are my specs:

OS - Windows 7 Professional
CPU - AMD Athlon X4 860k
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB
RAM - 16 GB

Monitor - Vizio d24-d1 smart tv (fact im using a tv as a monitor maybe? i dont have access to an actual decent monitor atm)

 

Im starting to wonder if this is an issue with Mod Organizer 2 because i heard it was unstable and i never had this issue with the same mods on the same machine with NMM. in the meantime, i will delete MO2 and switch back to NMM. Ive never had a CTD (which i had with nmm) since using MO2, but this saving issue is worse.

If you find anything at all that could help fix the issue, id appreciate it!

Might try updating your video drivers....... also may want to look thru event viewer, and see if anything interesting presents itself.
