my guess would be a no , as they seem to do pretty much the same thing

so if both replace the same files , you'll only use the files from one of them (one will overwrite the other , depending on what you choose)

however , it seems that the second has extra variants , which means that it contains files that the first doesn't have , so these won't have a conflict

You are extremely ambiguous with your question. But if I understand what you said, you installed UNP body system. And now you are asking if it is ok to download armor/outfit mods made for UNP? The answer is yes.
