Are there any good bolt-action sniper rifle mods?

Are there any good bolt-action sniper rifle mods? Particularly one that deals huge amounts of damage?

I'm a big fan of the Mosin Nagant. It does comparable damage to the hunting rifle by default, but has attachments that can add an extra percentage to the damage. You can get one-shot kills on most enemies with it maxed out, but I usually just run with an extra 20% or so. Makes it a sort of late game version of the hunting rifle.

If you don't mind reloading between every shot,there's the Handmade Anti-Materiel Rifle Redux. Buckets of damage,with a bucket of workbench mods to tune it to your tastes. And,it's a handmade weapon,fitting in with the Wasteland very well.
