Weird Character Texture Issue - (Not purple nor black)

For the past few days, I've been having issues with specifically player textures. NPC textures are fine.

However, I highly doubt it's because of system specs. The only issue I could see is VRAM if anything. Anyways, here are the specs:

 

Radeon Software Version - 18.5.1
Radeon Software Edition - Adrenalin
Graphics Chipset - Radeon RX 480 Graphics
Memory Size - 4096 MB
Memory Type - GDDR5
Core Clock - 1266 MHz
Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory - 12 GB
CPU Type - AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor

I have sorted with LOOT and done some manual uninstallation and reinstallation of mods as well.

ENB does not cause the issue, as it is still there with ENB disabled.

 

I am about to lose a screw in my head over this rather minor issue.

Found the issue! It was TEMPORAL AA being enabled in ENB
