pw508
I'm looking to replace the Ancient Nord Armor the Wrathman wears to something else. Does anyone know if swapping out the Ancient Nord Armor meshes will affect the Wrathman's appearance, or is the armor actually built in to the NPC's mesh? I've gotten fairly good at modding Skyrim over the years but I've never really dealt with meshes much. I'm trying to get them to look like the Skeleton Lords from Dragon's Dogma, if anyone's really wondering. I thought those guys were cool as hell. Novem99
No, the armor respectively the outfit is not built in to the NPC's mesh. It is "build in" to the NPC's data record of the .esp/.esm plugin. So if you swap out the mesh files then every NPC that has an outfit that relates to these meshes will have the new armor. If you want a single NPC wearing an armor/outfit exclusively then you better go the way to change his outfit via the Creation Kit.
