Crash on load

Skyrim crashes whenever I load up a saved game! I know complications can happen if you have saves with different mods, but this happens to totally fresh saves.

 

First off, I've added "SStartingCell=GuardianStones" to my Skyrim.ini, I've made a bat file that removes all starting items, adds some new ones and brings up the character creation menu.

I also have the following mods installed:

I don't know if any of this information is particularly useful, but just in case.

I have tried systematically enabling and disabling mods but it seems to be random every time I start up the game whether saves can be loaded without crashing or not.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried

1. Running BOSS and hand ordering mods that BOSS doesn't recognize

2. removing all mods, restoring your ini and starting a new game?
