I found this confusing myself. However, if NMM says it's activated, you should have it in your game.2. What kind of change are you looking for? I don't know this mod; I am guessing it turns the Nightingale armor white :thumbsup:. However, it may not work on armor you own already or are wearing. You might need to remove it from your inventory and pick it up again, or some similar procedure.3. Have you gone back to the author's page and read through the entire readme? Read through the discussions thread? Often problems specific to a mod are addressed by the mod author in those places.If not, the author would probably be grateful to be notified, and may be able to give you specific instructions to solve it.Good luck to you!
