Need help with console message

Hello,

I am having many issues with the area between the Guardian Stones and Riverwood, usually the end closer to the Stones. I get stuttering at cell loadings, random CTDs, and CTDs when I hit the pause (using xbox controller)

I have spent days on this, and recently have been trying the pcb console command to trying to stabilize things.

When approaching the Guardian Stones, pcb will generate the following in the console:

 

pcb

is not an interior

is not playing

GetStage >> 200.00

GetStage >> 200.00

 

Could someone please let me know what this means? Thank you in advance.
