Game CTD's after a few minutes

I had an issue with the NMM that I had, which couldn't download some files from the nexus, so I installed the new one and it somehow completely destroyed my install. Did a clean reinstall the next day, fired the game up without any mods and just the DLC, then went about and installed SKSE and FNIS and XPME and whatever else and a big, new haul of mods.

Now basically, I'll have a few minutes at the start of the game (My timescale is set to 10 in a bashed patch) and without fail, at the start of a new game, the game will CTD at 9:05am, in-game time. This was the same problem I was having prior to the fresh reinstall thanks to whatever happened between NMM, my Skyrim directory and me. Now I figured it was a possibly a script problem, with a new game being inundated with scripts, so I loaded the autosave and started off from 9:05. Got another five minutes, used the statue of Mara in the Alternate Start Mod to become a member of the companions, and made it to Jorrvaskr. Game crashes again. Load game again, have a brief image of Jorrvaskr, and CTD.

I've removed ITM records in Tes5edit where applicable, used LOOT to sort the load order, run GenerateFNISForUsers and used Skyproc to make a patch for Dual Sheath Redux. I don't know what else to do here, I've tried everything that I can think of. There are no errors in Bash or LOOT that come up. SOS MAN DOWN.

I'm posting here in the hope that someone with vastly superior modding skills (I've been modding for years and never had this happen, but I'm not big into IT, just modding Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's driving me bloody mental. I've got a papyrus log dump if that helps too, but I have no idea where to even start in that beast.

If you did a clean install, you might have stuff in you app data folder getting you messed up. When I have to do a clean install I gut all things Skyrim out of my app data folder, and any where else. Anything that has to do with Skyrim tools like loot and tes5edit, I uninstall and reinstall. Verify intregity of game file through steam, and if that doesn't work, clear download cache in steam.

That didn't seem to help. Loaded up the savefile and the game CTD'd straight away.

 

I'm going to do the old "Turn every mod off and turn them on 5 at a time to see what's causing the issue" thing. Hopefully I'll be able to isolate the mod(s) that's causing the problem. Might post in here when I find that out and see if there's any more help to be had.

 

Like I said, I've never had this problem before. Yeah sure, we've all had the odd CTD in Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim, but I was always able to somehow resolve that through BOSS or LOOT and just isolating certain mods. I'm nearly defeated hahahaha.

Turns out I was partially right.

The problematic mod was Hothtrooper's Immersive Armor Compilation. I'm guessing the script was having issues and wouldn't get past the initialisation phase before crashing my game. Spewing because I miss out on interesting NPC's (Or Inconsequential NPC's I think it was) but ah well.
