Skyrim SE crashing randomly

After installing a lot of mods I decided to install new hair meshes and textures. I used this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/7922?tab=description . After giving new hairs to all NPCS i got CTD insantly(when i went to Solitude CTD,then i opened Skyrim again,went to Solitude and then the screen froze). After freeze and CTD, I decided to use NifOptimizer on every Facegen that was in Data\meshes\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom . I checked Head Parts Only(red colored) in NifOptimizer and waited for it to finish. I optimized every facegen and went back in Skyrim,I didn't CTD this time. I played for some time,saved game and took a break. After that i opened Skyrim,loaded last save and i instanly crashed. I decided to make a new game(because i was uninstalling scripted mods).

After that i decided to use ENB for SE,but it loads so slowly so i uninstalled it. Now after starting new character i was testing stability and i crashed again. Every time i load that last save,i am playing for maybe 2-3min and just randomly crash. Also i am getting some weird green arrows/lines in the bottom-right corner of the screen when loading game.

 

If anyone knows what can cause this crashing and green arrows/lines ,please let me know.

Also i used Texture Optimizer for every texture mod that i added for maximum performance.

I can't get past the initial nord male in character creation when I use the mod you listed at the top. I had to remove it and clean up a bunch of things before I could get my game working again after trying it.

 

It warns that it is incompatible with mods that alter NPC heads - and I think that is a hard warning.

Are you talking about Shiva Hair Replacer? After i installed that mod my Skyrim became unstable,and im crashing randomly now.

It's incompatible with any other mod that edit FaceDenData, without a FaceGeom Patch.(That's what she said for compatibilty,but i installed facegen for every mod).

So after uninstalling Shiva Hair Replacer i got stable game again! I am not messing with hair mods anymore. I even added about 1000 whiterun guards in the Whiterun Market and was able to fight without even CTD(2-5 fps tho xD). After I used killall in the console it crashed,too much NPCS dying at the same time. Before that my game crashed after adding 200 NPCS and for about 30 seconds or less.

Yes I was referring to Shiva.

 

I'm using the less burdensome pair of mods 'Southern Girls' and 'The Boys of Summer'. These two are also NPC hair replacers, but don't seem to weight the game down as much.
