johnboy3434
This troubleshoot is a bit unorthodox in that I know what will fix this problem... I just can't get to it. The most recent build of the Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch inadvertently causes a scheduling bug with Cutter (the blacksmith that makes madness armor). She is set to sleep in the upstairs of her house, but the door is locked and not owned by her. This causes the sleep package to loop infinitely. A member named Xtyfe00 posted a fix for this bug on MediaFire, but in the two months since it was posted it has been deleted. In addition, he seems not to have come back to these forums or the official ones since then, so asking him may not be possible. For anyone who was using USIP around that time, did you download this file? If so, would you be so kind as to reupload it? If that is no longer possible, could someone here instruct me how to fix it? I know absolutely nothing about modding. EDIT: Oh, and the makers of the patch are unlikely to respond, since they're helping with the bugfixing of Skyrim. Nephenee13
Open up the CS, fix the bug (unlock the door, give her ownership), save the esp. Upload to Nexus. Problem solved.
Nephenee13
Oh jesus, here. I went ahead and did it. Let me know if it works, it hasn't been tested at all. It took me longer to upload it to Nexus than it did to make the damn thing.
