Differences in NPC weapon placement between v1.5 and v1.4

I have a mod called "Closer Quivers and Longer Arrows" and i'm in the process of updating it. Problem is i've noticed that ever since i updated to v1.5.26 that weapons on NPC's have been moved further inward than i recall them being placed in v1.4. Weapons are perfectly placed on NPC's now but with my character they still float off the back like they always have. This is a problem because although my closer quivers still look fine on my characters back, they are WAY too close on NPC's backs now and this was never the case. In v1.4 the quivers only clipped a reasonable amount, in v1.5.26 they are literally imbedded in NPC's backs. I noticed it way back when i first updated but i just brushed it off as me not remembering how close NPC's weapons were correctly. But now that i'm updating and focusing on it it's right in my face and i know for a fact that they were never this close for NPC's. How can they be different at all especially knowing that all character's in the game use the same skeleton.nif's which determine weapon placement? :wallbash:

 

 

Do any of you have a clue what could have been changed between those versions to only change weapon placement on NPC's?
