Dimmed vision when turning camera quickly

I can't tell if this is an actual technical issue or if it is by design but I've been putting up with it for so long and it still drives me insane. Basically, when you are looking forward and then quickly turn the camera, your vision seems to dim a bit before brightening up, almost like its meant to simulate eyes adjusting to brightness changes or something. It doesn't happen if you turn slowly. All I know, it drives me insane and I want to know if there is a setting I can tweak or a workaround to get rid of it. It drives me almost as insane as motion blur does in other games.

Its bloom.

Are you using the any graphocs enhancement mods, like RCRN or FXAA Post Processing Injector, ENB, etc? These can adjust bloom.

Also, there is a NoBloom mod you might want to check out.

Although...the turning camera quickly part sounds also like radial blur, which you can adjust on through the skyrim options interface ("options" on the main menu)

I do have RCRN installed right now but I encountered this problem even in vanilla. I'd say about equally as much. Its fine when I am just looking around but when I am constantly looking back and forth, my vision is constantly going white or going dark, and then taking a second to re-adjust and go back to normal lighting.

This happened even in vanilla but I guess I could try disabling bloom, hopefully it won't make the game look like s*** just to try and fix this.
