Help with Rudy ENB or ENB in general.

So i upgraded my PC and i wanted to start by letting my Skyrim look good, i tried RealVision ENB (Didnt like it.), I Cant Believe its not ENB (meh.) and now Rudy ENB.

Im hoping to let my Skyrim look like this:





All these images are taken from the Rudy ENB mod page.

i installed Rudy ENB exactly how it was written there but my skyrim looks like this:






All settings set to Ultra, Antisotropic and Anti Aliasing turned off due to the mod page saying it should be off.

Looks pretty Vanilla to me.

Unless I'm just completely missing it, (which is a possibility) but I do not see a weather mod installed. Weather mods are what give enb's life. Rudy has stunning presets for some of the best weather mods out there! And for most of the presets they are a REQUIREMENT but soft so they won't show up under the requirement page.
