Celer462
Stop yelling please >.< Have a look at this: Ultra Low Graphics Mod for low end pcs WIP This is horrendous. it looks way too ugly. worse than N64 Graphicsand ive used all that. it really boosts my fps but even if i had 60 fps, i still get stuttering when loading objects. no matter how far or close they load, i will still get it. To Squizzo, I've optimized all the textures in the game. still get stuttering. Edited May 23, 2012 by PAINKillEmAll

This may sound stupid but I switched to an xbox controller recently and I get WAY less stuttering now. No idea why this might be but it is. But, sometimes there comes a point where you just have to say, "my machine cannot run this game".

Celer462
After doing everything posted in this thread, plus sky boost, ive managed to reduce the stuttering. but im still getting it. i want to completely eliminate it. I get a solid 20-30 fps with all this. but im still getting the stutters. Someone really has to do away with this
kazan
I'll be blunt since it otherwise won't go through. Stop nagging about someone HAVING to do something.People have given you 4 options, if those don't help I can give youa 5th: Get another PC If you're out of options now, just let it be or buy morrowind and get the ultimate morrowind overhaul package and play that.
