[LE] Problem with door link reference

Hello everybody, I'm having a bit of problem. I'm trying to connect 2 rooms between 2 different plugins by load doors. I managed to place the doors where i want them and made a link between them, It looked fine in CK. But once saved and loaded into game both of these doors lead to an empty void where there are only doors leading back to that room. (Door 1 in Room 1 leads to an empty place with Doors 2, Doors 2 in Room 2 lead to an empty place with Door 1) I have basically 4 rooms now, instead of 2. Both of those original rooms are fully functional, just the doors lead me to nowhere basically. When I load up both plugins in CK again, i can see that both of those rooms now have duplicates, in that duplicated room, there are all the assets that were in the original one, but the one that is not duplicate, with its original name, is that empty place with only doors.

Are door teleport markers in correct places and if Thou press on one, does it offer to show linked door?

Also, did Thou removethose unnecessary empty room duplicates?

Evrytime i go to CK i can see that doors and markers are in correct position, i can see the link between them going from one to room to the other one, as it shoudl be. But as soon as I save the files, load up the game, those two rooms that you get teleported into become duplicated as a empty room with only doors. After loading CK again i can see those 2 duplicated rooms, if i delete them, link those doors correctly again, save plugins, launch the game, same thing happens.

 

EDIT: I'm not sure, but couldn't it be because of the fact that im trying to edit 2 plugins at the same time, altough only one of them is active? But unfortunately i can not see any other way how to do it, since while making reference, it edits 2 plugins at the same time. But only the active one is saved, am I right?

The behaviour, that Thou describe, very much resembles one, if Thou hast target room in one .esp, source room in another and when trying to link those together, CK registers as if currently active plugin makes modifications to certain room, but as parent/mester relationship breaks between plugins on save if master has no esm header.

 

Are the rooms, thou try to connect in different .esp files? If so, one .esp should be made into master for another:

 

What I would recommend to do in that case is get Tes5Edit (if thou do not have this utility yet), open up 'master' esp plugin (either double-click it in the list or click right mouse button, then unselect all and then select only esp thou need), then go to 'File headers' and look for 'Record Flags'. Click right-mouse button on that, press 'Edit' and then check 'ESM'. Then load up Thy plugins in CK activating the plugins, Thou wanted to use and setting non-master plugin as active file.
