If you haven't used a variety of word arrangements yet, you could find it in one of the website links which is still a live source of all of Morrowind's mods or at least a link to one from another. You might find what you're looking for in one of the other mod websites I found listed in the Google Search. Just type, "A drow Story by Auslander" (without the quotes) in the Google Search. I found download.figgerty.com with the reference because I left out the word update from your words. It has a link to the Update but it's dead.
