And once again I was saying Atleast 6 months for the mod.Silgrad is one worldspace, has a few dozen people working on it, as well as a handful of pro-modders, and they aren't even half done with what they have resources for. Even one town in one worldspace can take several weeks of solid effort to put together unless you have all your interiors the same, and just have your NPCs on constant wander packages. Dungeons, quests, and exterior areas can take a great deal of time if you actually want them to look good. Even 16 months for a large mod is optimistic. And that's if everything goes off without a hitch. There are some people in my team I had assigned work to, and some progress was mentioned, that I havn't heard from in months, Although you can sometimes just assign that work to someone else, when it comes to less common skills, like meshing, textures, and scripting, there often isn't someone else around unless you do it yourself, which takes time away from what you were planning to do. And as many around here are minors, something as simple as getting grounded from the internet for a few months, is an often occurance. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
