Random CTD, can't load save anymore

So I started a new game, went through the intro, and made my way all the way to the standing stones. I've had multiple CTD's up to that point but soon after I got to the stones my game CTD'd and CTD's when trying to load the save. Attached is a text file with the Papyrus logs during the latest game. I can provide a mod list or anything else necessary to help solve this issue.

That's a lot of script errors and it covers a range of mods. It's hard to say off the top what's wrong... First of all, like in my favorite Guide... DON'T PANIC

A few easy things that might cause something like this...

1) Was a mod removed after starting the game? This will mess up a save because of the way Skyrim saves script data as well. You need to not remove any mods (that contain scripts) after a game starts.

2) Are you using NMM, MO, or Vortex to manage the mods? For Vortex (what I use) I've noticed *sometimes* it will enable the mod, but when I examine the plugins tab, one or more of the ESP will be disabled. I recommend Vortex as it seems to do the best job (IMHO) on removing things.

3) depending on the mod manager, removing mods may not be getting completely removed. I've had issues removing some mods and needed to reinstall the game (and all other mods).

4) have you tried revalidating the core game files with the steam app (go to the library of games, right click on Skyrim, select properties from menu, select local files for the tab, last option is to validate the files...it takes a while and will automatically redownload individual files if needed)

5) It sounds to me like a suspect mod or the interplay between mods. Were any mods added since you were able to run a game? I've had mods that for some reason having them increased the number of CTD and not all mods are compatible...which can cause problems ranging from visual inconsistencies to CTD.

6) the last thing I've found when running into CTD is the size of my load list. It runs around 120 and I would suddenly have CTD issues. I found an old fix on oldrim that identified a load race condition. In the skyrim.ini file there is a property "fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS" that is set to 500. try 750 or even 1000 (i use the latter) it may clear up the problem.

I may or may not have removed or added a mod post-start, I'm very messy with my mods. I use NMM, and there are one or two plugins that are there but aren't activated. I also don't think it's a Skyrim problem, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with mods not playing nicely like you said. I changed my fPostLoadUpdateTimesMS to 1000 and it still crashes trying to load the save. It's not like I got far, I don't have a problem starting a new save, but I want to resolve this issue so it doesn't happen again.
