giskarduk
That tag issue had crossed my mind too, personally i think modders resources should not be a tag but a tick box that the modder can tick to aid searches. Might be something to suggest to Dark0ne, it would be a good premium feature if nothing else. Giskard

The entire purpose of the tag system is for searching mods at a granular level. Any mod that I have seen that was noted as being a "Modder's Resource" can now be found quickly and accurately using the Tag Search page and placing a checkmark beside "Modder's Resource" Why create another way to search just for that specific criteria when there is a functional way to do so now? Just confused as to what you are getting at. LHammonds

You can vote for a tag all you want but it will never change the fact it is a modders resource. The only thing that suffers is that it doesnt appear as a modders resource on the tags until a set number of others agree with the mod maker under the current system. Which is totally pointless because the players can say and do anything they want, it will not stop it being a modders resource right away and no mount of voting will make it less of a resource or more of s resource. Thats what im saying. So the TAG should be automatically accepted as ON the moment the mod maker says its a resource, no voting needed. Just accept its a resource right away. Last time i used the TAG system players had to vote for tags as true, im assuming given what you said that this has not changed. tyreil829 It took me longer than 2 hours to go through 26 pages of weapons and armour. I was reading every readme looking for specific items or similar things that might be useful for what i have in mind. EG I am making Arenthia in to a Guild/Clan/Cult City, a little like morrowinds little organizations but oblivionized. Lots of work, need resources up front for it. Found most of what I need now. Only the little stuff remaining. Giskard

For some time now, when an author sets the tags on their file, it is automatically "verified"...same goes for a moderator that sets tags on any file. The only time the "voting" comes into play is when people other than moderators or authors are voting on mods that are not their own. giskarduk
LHammonds That is good news, I liked the tag system but felt it would never work with so few voting. Thanks for letting my know. PS I just realised i put "Make your work as a modders resource." as the topic, it should have said "Mark your work as a modders resource.". No wonder some replies seemed a little strange.
