Bows Firing off to the Right

Having an odd camera/animation issue here, can't figure out the cause of it. When I draw my bow, in first person it's way off to the right side of the screen, and the arrows fly off well to the right of the crosshair. In third person the arrows are only slightly off center, but they are still off. I've tried reinstalling FNIS and XP32MSE as those are the only animation/skeleton mods that I have installed that would affect that, but to no avail.
