coconuthead93 Posted July 22, 2018 Share Posted July 22, 2018 So I have gotten a few other mods to work fine (Mart's and Wanderer's Edition from what I can assume); however I for the life of me cannot seem to get 20th Century Weapons to work. When I believe I have it all selected right (weapons like the bundled dynamite and claymore appear to be purchased) I seem to have a small issue with the M18 smoke grenade and probably a few others (I just started a new file and can only guess from what Miora sells me isn't working right.) it has a big red "!" when I hold the item in my hand, along with when I throw it on the floor.. it also doesn't appear to do anything, I also have a PipOS -26 error with the M18A2 Claymore remote detonator (again, these are only what Miora is selling, I'm not sure about the other weapons included in the 20th Century Weapons mod).. the weird part is that the Claymore and the Dynamite she sells me work fine, no errors and the pipboy icon is there. Issue: http://i65.tinypic.com/awfd5f.png I believe it's patch 1.7 (GOG) so I don't really know what else could be wrong, attached is my mod order; I was kinda winging it at the start when it gave me a whole lot of PipOS -26 errors, which seemed to go away after I just copied and pasted the textures/meshes from the mods into my FO3 Data folder. As a first time user to playing with mods I have to say it's kind of hard.. M48A5 Posted July 22, 2018 Share Posted July 22, 2018 Remove the unused plugins. You can only use one FWE-Restored Tracers in the game. Decide on which you want to use and uninstall the other. All the FWE plugins should be grouped together. Move FWE Followers enhanced up to the rest of the FWE plugins. You have a patch for 20th Century Weapons that is not active. Why? Mods with multiple plugins should be in the same order as the base game. Go to Blackened (search for it), read the instructions and download the relevant files. coconuthead93 Posted July 22, 2018 Author Share Posted July 22, 2018 I thought I read somewhere anytime you add, remove, or change a plugin or its place you have to create a new patch? I could not remove those that are inactive. Also, that's the confusing issue I have with the 20th Century Weapons, there's two different mods and I'm sure which is the one to use. M48A5 Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 I don't use NMM, but there has to be a way to disable and uninstall mod files. Not being able to do that does not make any sense. Everything that is in the "Data" folder will be loaded when the game is started. Since you are confused about the use of 20th Century Weapons, why do you have it active and causing problems in the game? Disable and delete it. coconuthead93 Posted July 23, 2018 Author Share Posted July 23, 2018 Yes, the 20th Century Weapons is what's causing me the issues but I am not sure why; I've done everything just like I did before but it's giving me missing meshes and bugged looking textures, along with some pipboy icons not being shown.
