Can't buy premium

So whenever I try to buy a month of premium

1. I can't use my debit card because it said that it has been denied. I tried calling my bank and told them that it was a valid purchase, but it still does not work.

2. Then when I clicked to pay with paypal nothing comes up.

Do you guys have any ideas of what I can do? Any suggestions or feedbacks would be much appreciated in solving this issue.

Do you have any kind of blocking tools in place that could be preventing the site from working as intended?
