Sliders not moving?!

My Chargen Morph compiler wasn't working for some reason so I edited the Chargen myself to add the Tucked Hair mod as well as another hair mod. However for some reason now when I enter the character creation screens some of the sliders won't move. For example, hair color, eyebrow color, skin tone, skin complexion, etc. won't move. But hair style, eyebrow style, etc. will move. I don't understand why this is happening or how to resolve the problem. Someone please help.

I know this will sound crazy but take all your cosmetic mods out of the override folder. Go back in the game then come out. Put them back in the folder then go back in the game and that should fix it. I've had it happen to me a few times after adding more hair. Edited July 28, 2018 by LadyHonor

Ok so I see what happened. I'm pretty sure you mucked up your chargenmorphcfg.xml file by manually trying to change it like I just did. Fix it like this:

 

When you open DA CharGenMorph Compiler and you get the error message after trying to run it:

1. Click on details (One of the first lines will tell you which line on your chargenmorphcfg.xml got messed up. Remember you may have to scroll to the right side because it won't show everything the line says in that small little window). Take note of which line has the error.
2. Then open your chargenmorphcfg.xml file using Notepad++ (makes it easier because the lines are numbered)
3. Go to the line where the error is (that was mentioned in step #1) and
4. Delete the line/error or fix it or whatever.

 

Lesson learned. I won't be manually editing the chargenmorphcfg.xml file anytime soon :)
