Mogilevich
Well, to put in more detail, I just finished heavily modding Skyrim with workshop mods, and then I moved on here, Nexus, to download a bundle of mods. So then I started installing/ testing mods, and the first mod I tested caused CTD after logo, so then I uninstalled, moved to the next, and I had the same problem, so I did this 20 times more or less, and it turns out that any mod I try using from Nexus causes me a CTD, and I really need help with this. RopeSander
Bethesda.Net releases mod's that play well together, Nexus has a wider variety of mods that one has to learn a little about mod compatibility in order to make it all mesh... but don't worry, once you learn a bit it's really quite simple. Not to mention, most of the mods on Bethesda.Net came originally from The Nexus. You already got the answer on the steam forums that you exceed the mod limit of 255 active esps. the load order OP posted in the steam forums consists of 254 active mods from steam workshop alone, then he adding multiple mods from nexus and is crashing Is one thing to move to an different forum when the first one is not helping you, but its a complete different story if people giving you all help they can and you moving on because you dont believe them when they telling you that 255 is the actual active esp limit in skyrim, and basically wasting the time of ppl here on the nexus forums, too. Edited July 28, 2018 by Steven3D
