Modded Special Edition Freezes Randomly

Used LOOT for the load order. Tried looking at MSI Afterburner to see if everything is ok and everything was ok. Installed "SSE Engine Fixes" mod and enabled Memory Manager but still no luck. Tried uninstalling "Wearable Lanterns" and cleaning the scripts because I heard that it causes crashes. Freezes occur very randomly, I couldn't find a thing that causes it. Sometimes it happens after 2-3 hours gaming, sometimes after 10-20 seconds. On very rare occasions game CTD's but it's very very rare. Mostly it just freezes. Here's my load order:

Found the issue. It was "Survival Mode + Wet and Cold" combo.
