Total NOOB need help

First off when I built my current PC 5 years ago it was top end. 16 Gigs of RAM, 4 OCZ SSD's, Intel i5 -2500K @ 3.30 GHZ, an a Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 Ti.

I know by todays standards it is outdates, but it still rocks many games SoT, all the Fallouts, and many other games that I play.

I have been using ESO and Ultimate Immersions Skyrim SSE mod list. It consists of over 120 mods, a killer ENB and I have added some of my favorite mods to the list so I am running:

I know I'm a mod prostitute.

I have saved my NMM file to an external drive in the hope that when I can afford to build a new PC I can save time and not have to download all of my mods again.

I do a system clean every six month and wipe all the hard drives, reformat and reinstall Windows 10 64 bit

My first question is after a wipe or when I can afford to build a new pc can I just put the NMM files back on the clean drive link it to mod manager and not have to redownload all my mods? Even with my 200Mbps internet speed without a Nexus Premium Account it take a long time to download and then follow the detailed instructions to install them.

 

My second issues is as follows:

Everything was running smoothly until I got to Sovngarde and went inside to talk to the three hero's. the three were marked, but to my shock there were duplicates of all three for a total of six of them only three were marked and the quest would not advance since they would not go outside so I deleted 10 days worth of game play to only discover there was a work around to the bug.

I made sure all of the game saves were deleted from my PC and started a new game which brings me to my current problems.

1. All of the houses in the Heartfire DLC are bugged. I build the houses and when I go inside to furnish the main hall and the bedroom the double bed does not appear. I take my time, I do not rush the build, it even says Double bed added, but when I tab out there is no double bed either in the main hall or the bedroom. Further many of the NPC locations (ie Dragonsreach and other holds) there is no bed in the jarls quarters so they just stand in the room or in the doorway. The rest of the room furnishing are there just no bed.

2. At the end of the quest to get the horn from Ustengrave and getting the "Note from a Friend" I make sure I have the note and exit the dungeon fast travel back to Riverwood, but Delphine is not in the inn. She is standing across the bridge out of town that goes to Whiterun on the bank of the river in either her traveling clothes or her inn dress and depending on the time of day she is holding a torch. I have tried every suggestion in the bug thread and nothing works. There is no vampire attacking as one post suggested, I have no bounty on me.

Please help. I am about to ripe what little hair I have left out.

 

If you need a list of my mods and their load order I will provide it, just tell me how to do it. Like I said Total NOOB

You can move the .zip files you originally downloaded to a thumb drive, then put those files back on and use the "Install from File" option in NMM. That way, you don't have to redownload everything.

 

As for the beds, I suggest taking a narrow look at any mod which touches on interiors. It doesn't sound like a mod conflict, but like something has been over-written.
