Nexus mod manager saying i have more mods than i do.

I have 178 mods installed for fallout 4. still trying to get everything to work as well as possible so I've been uninstalling and reinstalling mods constantly.

I don't manually install anything other than load accelerator which wouldn't be counted as a mod.

Even so Nexus mod manager says i have 1 mod active even after completely uninstalling all my mods.

I've checked my fallout 4 folder and there's nothing in there.

the amount of plugins matches as well.

any one know how to fix this?

fallout 4 master files, are also classed as mods.

Fallout4.ESM <-- is most likely the active mod NMM is referring to

Total Plugins: Refers to every single active ESP and ESM file - which includes downloaded mods, and Fallout 4 + DLC Files

Active Plugins: Same as Above

Total Mods: Refers to every single mod you have downloaded (Via Nexus or mods added to NMM) as well as Fallout 4 Master Files, this also includes mods that do not have ESP and ESM files, such as Retexture mods that only have loose files.

Installed Mods: Same As Total Mods, but activated

Active Mods: Same As Above

I'm not talking about the plugins. I have 178 mods, 0 installed, and 1 active.

It never used to be like this before.
