Radscorpion/Chitin Armor

Anyone handy with creating meshes and textures willing to create some armor that looks like it was crafted from roughly patched together bits of radscorpion carapace and other giant mutant creatures with an exoskeleton?

 

Note this idea was first posted in the F:NV forum and should be usable for any of F:NV, FO4, and FO3.
