Black lines on shadows help

Hi,

 

I've been having this issue and I'm not sure where it comes from. I think it might be a mod since running Skyrim with ENB and no mods works fine. I've already gone through all of my mods and can't seem to figure out the culprit. It will run fine until I move too quickly, then it lags and i guess the eye adaptation messes up the shadows and causes these lines.

 

My settings and stuff are;

 

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050

 

Using Rudy ENB for Vanilla

 

16:9 Widescreen

 

1920 x 1080 resolution (it was happening on 3840 x 2160 which is my usual resolution as well)

 

Antialiasing and anisotropic filtering OFF

 

Vsync enabled in ENBlocal ini and Nvidia control panel

 

Texture Quality High

 

Radial Blur Quality High

 

Shadow Detail High

 

Decal Quantity Ultra
