Item glitch: bonuses multiplied

Edit: I think I have found the issue. Apparently, the scripts in single handed weapons is the problem. The script effects don't go away when the mod is disabled.

 

Ok, now I'm sure a lot of people would be like "What the hell are you complaining about?" but I'm having a problem with item bonuses multiplying. For example, I have the bandolier mod which, basically, adds armor pieces that add to carry capacity. Now, one piece only adds about 50 lbs, but I noticed earlier that this has been multiplied to over 1000 for each piece.

 

Another example is that I recently picked up a squire's ring, or whatever it's called, that adds a buff light armour. I think it's only supposed to be like one or two percent, but it's showing up in my game as about 300%.

 

I'm sure it's some oddball problem with one of my mods as it didn't show up until today. However, even after I disabled the mods I downloaded today (Duel and single-handed weilding) the problem persists. I would appreciate some help as this is extremely annoying to me.

 

Also please note that the "cheat ring.esp" is a little mod of mine and I'm about 99.9% certain it is not the culprit.
