LE Ambitious modder looking for a talented partner!

As the topic title and description explain,

 

I have a very ambitious idea for a vampire and/or Dark Brotherhood-esque mod which would provide a new faction/guild and/or an alternative beginning for players. I'm good friends with a very talented voice actor, fully equipped with the software he needs to provide some voice acting for us.

 

My biggest issue is the terrain/cell modding/cluttering end of things and some possible scripting and the like. I've no problem tackling the mod by myself, but as I am fairly fresh in the modding scene, it would take me a long time. I'd say I am a better writer and would love to see this idea and any additions provided by the team-mate thrive.

 

If you have any advice, suggestions for this mod, or interest in helping me construct it, all would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to post your thoughts.

I wouldn't mind helping with whatever. I have a little mod experience, CK is fairly easy for me to play with (I've messed around with Fallout 3 kit too, at least to fix a door bug myself)
