So I decided to start mission: "Promises to keep", but I cant Find Luois Letrush nowhere in Bee and Barb or even Riften to start this misson. I haven't speak to Sibbi yet, so this is no problem (since I've read tha this could caus problem). But I have finished Civil war (as a Stormcloack) - so Maven is not jarl of Riften.
