Minutemen General Uniform with Minutemen logo chest decal

Underneath its longcoat, the Minutemen General uniform uses a combat armor model with the standard star decal. I would prefer to have the Minutemen logo. The decal can be easily changed by replacing the texture for combat armor, but that also affects all other combat armors in the game, including those worn by Gunners and Raiders, which is unimmersive.

 

Is there any way to change the uniform's chest decal texture without affecting all other combat armors? I would be very happy to see such a mod.
