Game is crashing or freezing after passing through the doors and during the fast travel. I tried everything, Blackened patches, Paradox, FOIP, and some other compatibility files found in search bar, still no result. Any suggestions, guys? Perhpas I installed mods incorrectly, but I don't think i did. I read all readmes. Can't play normally if my game crashes ever 15mins. I have STEAM version of Fallout 3 GOTY. And much more information is needed before anyone can give a guess to a solution. I installed the mods with Nexus Mod Manager, Load orders is sorted by LOOT. I've been trying also Mod Sorter and Mod Organizer. Honestly, I don't think it's a matter of sorting. It must be something with these mods. Generally I wish to know is there a way to make MMM, FWE and EVE work together without crashes. Something except Blackened/FOIP. M48A5 Posted August 12, 2018 Share Posted August 12, 2018 There is nothing wrong with the mods, but the problem is with your install and sort tools. There are various posts on the FWE comments pages on how to install FWE with NMM. NMM is not the best tool to install FO3 mods. Never use LOOT to sort FO3 mods. It does not now and never has sorted FO3 mods correctly. If you read and follow the instructions for Blackened, it is the best patch for FWE, MMM and EVE. It is better than FOIP. M48A5 Posted August 13, 2018 Share Posted August 13, 2018 Uninstall all of the inactive mods. Use B.O.S.S. to sort your load order. Read the mod pages. Most of the large mods have sample load orders. I started to move some mods by myself but truly I don't know anything about mod sorting, while the MMM's readme suggestions are difficult to compare with FWE's suggestions and other mods. That's funny because I'm running FNV with many more mods (including few of the biggest modifications like PN) and game isn't crashing at all. They use different criteria to sort the mods and LOOT does not now and never has sorted FO3 mods correctly. Any load order sorting tool that places compatibility patches before the last mod being patched is not sorting correctly. You either did not install BOSS correctly or you have the game installed in "Program Files" If it is the latter, you will need to install the game in a location on your harddrive outside of "Program Files" I have my game installed directly on C: in a Bethesda Softworks folder. But I'll handle that. Can we talk about installing FWE+MMM+EVE+PB+WMK? I'm wondering in what order I should install these mods. I just can't make it work. Game is crashing every 20mins. I have UUF3P patch for FWE and I'm using Blackened patches (combo for FWE+MMM+EVE+PB). Also had to use one FOIP patch for WMK+FWE. Am I missing anything? EVE and MMM are Paradox merged versions. M48A5 Posted August 15, 2018 Share Posted August 15, 2018 Mods with DLC plugins should be in the same order as the base game DLCs. Do not include the Blackened patch in the Bashed patch and load it after the patch. You have to re-do the bashed patch, so leaving Blackened out is not a problem.
