I wanted to know if I can put Mods 4GB RAM in the system properties tells me "Installed Memory (RAM): 4GB RAM (3.44 GB usable)" If I can use for mods that need 4GB RAM?

I have Windows 7 32 Bit.

There are no mods that require 4G of ram.

Skyrim is a 32 bit game - it can use a maximum of 4G ram for the entire game. No matter how much ram you put in a computer it still cannot use more than 4G.

Your system is a 32 bit system, it can use a maximum of 4G ram. However, Some of that ram MUST be used for stuff like windows and some other stuff that is absolutely necessary - leaving you with about 3.44 G available for everything else - not just the game, but any background programs and processes that you have running. Again, no matter how much ram you add, you can only use a maximum of 3.44G.

Windows has a built in limitation that limits the ram that any ONE program can use to 2G. However, there is a way to allow it to use a little more - with the LAA patch applied to the program - that allows it to use up to the maximum available - but still not more than 4G MAX. That patch was applied to Skyrim in one of the previous patches - So The game will use whatever ram is available under 4G - in your case, up to 3.44G

Mods can use the swap file so that some of the data is NOT in ram all of the time, but is swapped to the hard drive to make more room in ram. if you have a lot of short pauses that is probably what is happening, the data is being swapped in and out of ram. Every mod takes up a part of the available ram - so a very large mod or a bunch of smaller mods will use up available ram quickly - the usual indication that you have run out of ram is a CTD crash - Crash to Desktop. The computer suddenly is displaying your desktop and not the game - the game must be restarted from your last save.
