Weird graphical issue - it's blue!

Hello guys, I'm having an annoying issue, blue saturated color can be found inside most of the buildings with a random size, it gets removed when I light it with the Pip-Boy or the power armor flashlight. The game runs at +56 fps (I locked it at 60), no crashes or any other graphical issues so far.

Below the mods I've installed and the load order, the disabled mods are new quests that I'll try later.

Thanks in advance for any help.

looks like some type of shadow corruption (although i dont recall shadows being in the place where you images are taken), as you say lighting it with a flashlight removes it, which would remove shadows where the light is pointing.

to see if it is definitely related to shadows is:

go here: C:\Users\your computer name\Documents\My Games\Fallout4

open fallout4prefs.ini - scroll down until you find both of these lines:

fDirShadowDistance=3000.0000
fShadowDistance=3000.0000
and change them both to 0 - so it now looks like this below:
fDirShadowDistance=0
fShadowDistance=0
this should disable shadows. or at the very least get rid of them where you issue is.
if doing the above fixes the issue, then we know it is caused by shadows, if it however does not, then proceed below.
are you using an enb or reshade ?
if not then the next thing to do would be to disable all mods, with only fallout 4 and its dlc active, see if the problem persists.
if it is not caused by shadows, enb or reshade and disabling all mods, then the only other thing i can think of would be hardware related.
