Saving skyrim mods if reinstalling game

I have been having a trouble with the Aspect of peryite, where i would go into any of my games and he would start a conversation with me, and after saying a few words he would stop and i cant move and i cant tab out of the conversation, after doing a little research i found a lot of other people had this problem, and it is not curable, so i decided to put all of my saved games into a folder and reinstall skyrim, but i want to keep the mods i have, so if i reinstall skyrim, will nexus mod manager still have my mods? or do i need to write them all down on a piece of paper and reinstall all the mods manually?

Your mods are downloaded into a separate file, assuming you use automatic downloads-- C:Games/Skyrim. (and didn't change this when you installed NMM) They are then unpacked and put into Skyrim's Data folder when you activate them.

Steam does not interact with the Games/Skyrim file, so you can use the Steam uninstall and keep your mods if they were automatically installed. You will need to reactivate them, however.

However, are you trying to reinstall and then out in a save game from a broken game? Maybe I didn't understand that part. Reinstalling old savegames into a new install can reintroduce the problem you are trying to correct.

Thank you for your reply, and i did think about that where the saved games would bring back the problem, i might have to start new games all over again or wait til bethesda fixes the problem but who knows how long that would be.
