Main Cities Infinity load bug when my PC is a female.

I don't know why, but the 5 main cities of the game will never finish loading (infinity bug) if my player character is a female. If its a dude It's cool it works. In fact it only takes 3 seconds to load when my PC is a dude, but if my PC is a chick it never finishes. What could be the cause of such an issue. I was able to find this issue because I test my modding as a dude as it's easier to get through the character creation quicker (no having to change sliders). So as soon as I was done testing and was ready to play I spent 30 minutes making my PC only to find out that it never loads if the PC is female.

 

Is there any know cause for this kind of issue

This fixes several game engine bugs, which include the IFLS (Infinite Loading Screen) issue that seems to have carried over from Oldrim.
