And yeah, all the Thalmor should be Burned at Stakes and suffer the consequences, because they banned the God I worship:Talos. When i see some patrol of the thalmor leading a prisoner to interrogate him because he worship Talos, i tell this f***** elve, that I worship Talos as well. Then he try to kill me and i... SLAY HIM!!!! :devil: why a devil face when killing Thalmor? I'm not interested in arguing with you about Ulfric. I've had about all I can stomach of that arguement just reading the good guys thread and the high king thread, but just because the 10 Thalmor that are in the game are jerks doesn't mean there isn't a single one in all of Tamriel. When we say "Thalmor," we are talking about a hostile nation which is presently enslaving, occupying, and murdering the people of our nation of skyrim. We have every right to put them to the sword, as is natural in this context. To say that they are not evil for taking part in, or, by associating with the thalmor, choosing to support the cause of, the murder, restriction and occupation of another race, is to speak ludicrously. Some say Ulfric is a racist because he chooses to make, or allows others to make, elves second class citizens, regardless of their relation, or lack thereof to the thalmor, which is a voluntary organizaiton which you join or leave by choice. No, it's not. Fictional or not, this is becoming a common thing here on this board, lumping everyone into groups. If this were real life and I said all Nazi's were bad, the statement would be just as appauling. The Nazi party started out as a political party. Just as the Thalmor started out as the ruling body of an elven nation. To just assume that every Thalmor is evil is just ignorant in the extreme when we only have evidence of a small party in Skyrim. And that's not even to say the intent of the Thalmor as a whole isn't subjugation of all the other races, that still doesn't mean EVERY Thalmor agrees with it. By taking part in that group, you are consenting to their activities. If you can name one thalmor that has expressed opinions against their activities, I would love to hear it, if not, then the game lore states that all thalmor thus encountered are evil, and all else is speculation. What lore? UESP? Of the 10 pieces of lore in the game, 8 of them are written by the Thalmor. 1 of the 2 is a short missive by General Tulius, the other is written by an imprisoned Nord. It doesn't matter that I haven't met one in Skyrim. A. There are very few Thalmor IN Skyrim, and B. Skyrim isn't their home country to begin with.
