Load Ordering help request, learning how to fish

So question, and yes I'm totally new to the forums so I'm walking around on ice. I've been looking around and since I'm not sure I truly understand manual ordering I wanted to paste what LOOT has given me. This is surely way wrong from what it should be so I ask first that if you want to assist please paste what it should look like then explain why, if I see it then I can better grasp the why's and how's. FYI I am experiencing crashing around Falkreath atm and some NPC heads (i.e. Lydia) are kinda blacked out:

It's almost impossible for anyone to just copy-paste you correct load order of your mods,because no one uses same mods like you.

 

You shouldn't just download 100 mods and just put them all together.When downloading mods ALWAYS read the description,it would be helpful to take write notes in notepad or if you use MO you can write notes there,only relevant things like compatibility,load order...

 

You should only install one mod at the time,then test it in game.Just run around and see if everything mod alters work correctly.Only keep mods that you have Installed in your mod menager.

 

When you install new mod you should ALWAYS rebuild Bashed Patch.Here you can see how to create one https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2235394-beginners-guide-to-modding/?view=getnewpost

That guide by Gromulos is the best I've seen and it really helped me when I was starting.

Also, what mod manager are you using? The process for solving issues can be different depending on that.

 

As for the NPC heads issue, does it happen with NPCs other than housecarls? Try moving MigalsHousecarlBeauties.esp above the Bijin AIO.esp in your load order - that may fix them. Lydia at least is affected by those two mods and can have a dark face if you change their positions in your load order to differ from the order you installed them.

now for the info you need

 

1) 5 and 6 were wrong, NOTHING should ever be loaded before the unofficial patch except the vanilla game files

2) SkyUI should be loaded directly above the bashed patch

3) ALL follower mods should be loaded directly above SKYUI - unless the mod author states otherwise or the file is an ESM ( then it should be the last ESM loaded )

4) you are using Ordinator and Perk Points at Skill Levels 50-75-100.esp - i would be willing to bet you will have MAJOR problems once you hit level 50 and Perk Points kicks in

 

that is just what I see right now, but using my guide will give you MUCH more detail and control over your load order

Actually no. SkyUI can be loaded in the middle of a loadorder and I've had SkyUI in the middle in my loadorder for years and never got a single issue of having SkyUI where LOOT place it.

 

The last one is wrong at least for AFT and I know AFT has the best results, if loaded at the end in a loadorder.

SKYui detects what mods can be used with it, if it is loaded directly above the bashed patch, the game will load faster as all the mods have already been loaded before it. I've tested this multiple times on both Oldrim and SSE. If SKYui is loaded in the middle of the load order, then it has to search above it AND below it.

 

As for the followers, yes AFT or any other follower management mod, should load below the followers, BUT, they should be at the bottom of the load order unless they are an ESM, not in the middle or the top of the load order. EVERY single follower mod I've ever used each and every author has stated to load that follower mod at the bottom of the load order.
